Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non refundable if you miss or cancel your appointment for any reason. To reschedule your appointment we need 48 hours notice we will not accept less then 2 days notice . WE WILL NOT RESCHEDULE ANY APPOINTMENT MORE THEN 2 TIMES. If you are late more then 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose the deposit. CHANGING THERETMENSTS You can NOT CHANGE hair service & head spa appointment to spa , jacuzzi, facial, massage or any spa appointment. you can only change hair or head spa treatments to another hair or head spa treatments. The gift card is none refundable for any reason. If you book any treatment using a gift card and miss your appointment you will loose the deposit and it will be taken from the gift card balance.
